Cold Care P.M.® Tea

The chamomile-forward aroma is really calming right before bed, and I love that it’s organic since I’m sensitive to additives. I’ve been sleeping through the night even with a stuffy nose, and the warming herbs feel like they’re actually doing something for my chest.

I woke up feeling less congested this morning after drinking this before bed, and the tea itself is surprisingly soothing, not too herbal-tasting. It’s become my new nightly ritual when I feel a cold coming on, and I actually slept through the night for once.
